When does it take place?
The 2011 Summer School starts at 09:30 on Monday 27th June and runs until Friday 1st July finishing after lunch.
Where will it be held?
It will take place at the IDM’s training suite in Teddington, Middlesex. The headquarters have purpose built training suites and facilities, and are situated 5 minutes walk from Teddington station (South West Train service into London Waterloo) and within easy access of motorway links. When will the assessment days take place and where?
Assessment days will be held during April and May 2011 at the IDM in Teddington.
How many places are there on the programme?
A maximum of 30 places will be offered.
How do I apply?
Applications are invited now. Simply complete the application form. You can download it as a word document so that you have time to consider your answers, and then send the completed form as an email attachment to graduateservices@theidm.com.

Are there any minimum requirements?
No, we do not stipulate minimum grades. The selection process covers a wide range of skills and abilities - we are looking for bright, creative and dynamic people.
I have already graduated, can I still apply?
In addition to students graduating in 2011, we will accept applications from 2010 graduates who are not yet working in marketing or who have taken a gap year.
Do I have to be studying marketing to apply?
Applications from undergraduate and postgraduate students of all degree disciplines are welcome.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee to attend, and no charge for staying in accommodation at St. Mary's College. You will only be responsible for your travel and miscellaneous expenses.
Where can I stay during the week?
As the programme includes evening activities, students will need to stay locally. Accommodation is available at nearby St. Mary’s College for all students (no charge). Should you prefer to stay elsewhere, you may make your own arrangements but you will be liable for the cost.
Do you offer any financial assistance?
The IDM may be able to help towards costs for students travelling long distance. Applications should be made to janicepickard@theidm.com before 3rd June 2011.
