Planner


The overall role of the Planner is to provide market understanding and consumer insights to the account team and client. Main areas of work are:

• Conducting any necessary desk research to aid market understanding
• Designing, commissioning, managing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative consumer research
• Conducting consumer focus groups (in person wherever possible)
• Leading idea-generation brainstorms with client and agency teams as required
• Conducting competitor reviews for clients as required
• Collaborating with data planners to extract consumer insight from customer data
• Collaborating with data planners in designing communication metrics
• Collaborating with Account Directors in the formulation of communication plans

Working with creative teams in the formulation of creative strategies.
