Online Marketing Manager
The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of increased revenue through the online channel.
• Developing and driving the online marketing strategy to build competitive advantage and support business objectives
• Increasing site traffic through on and offline marketing and promotional activities
• Executing online marketing campaigns delivering a market leading performance across customer acquisition and retention, including search engine optimisation, e-mail marketing, online advertising and affinity partnerships
• Liaison with Product Development to ensure smooth online introduction of new products
• Liaison with the technical team in the evaluation of new technologies for the progression of online capability
• Liaison with web development and design teams to maintain clarity of message, of navigational links and to ensure brand values are reflected on the website
• Evaluating web traffic patterns and implementing tracking systems
• Analysing competitor activity to ensure the product offering and promotions are attractive
• Working closely with line management to create and source site content
• Liaison with customer service teams or fulfilment agencies to ensure fulfilment of orders is accurate and timely
