Group Account Director
The Group Account Director is responsible for the overall successful management and development of client business.
The main aspects of the job are:
• Overseeing the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring that annual strategic reviews are implemented
• Ensuring that processes are in place for the delivery of the highest service standards on client business
• Working with the Creative Director to deliver the highest creative standards to clients
• All recruitment, personnel development and resourcing for client accounts
• Accurate revenue forecasting on client business
• Managing the financial performance and profitability of client business
• Establishing excellent working relationships with senior client contacts, e.g. Marketing Directors
• Development of the agency's role with client companies
• Negotiating annual service levels and rates
Contributing, where appropriate, to the agency new business process.
