Database Analyst
A Database Analyst will report to a Database Manager and is involved in the development and maintenance of databases for the company's clients. He or she needs to be familiar with, as well as competent in the use of, several database-specific software packages. Responsibilities include:
• Processing of client orders on a daily basis
• Data manipulation: this may be to produce a mailing file and include a series of processes such as deduplication, sorting for mailing and selection into different lists
• Data enhancement and reformatting
• Database change management
• Data processing for ad hoc bureau work and for complex database orders
• Devising innovative solutions to client requirements
Strict quality control of own and of team members' work.
